Information We Collect

When you purchase, activate, transfer, or validate a license, we or our licensing providers may process license keys, subscription status, activation dates, product version, device identifiers, machine fingerprints, operating system details, IP address, and related records needed to prevent misuse and provide licensed access.

The RungTrace desktop application is designed to run locally. Unless you choose to send information to us for support or licensing, we do not intentionally collect PLC program files, L5X exports, PLC tag values, controller IP addresses, plant-floor data, or control-system logic from your computer.

Payment And Licensing Providers

Payments, hosted checkout, license activation, subscription administration, and license transfers may be handled by third-party providers such as DevoLens, Cryptolens, payment processors, app hosting services, email providers, and download services. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store full payment card numbers on this website.
